WHO IS THIS FOR?
The main goal is to have experienced agents with a lot of in-the-field experience.
You will likely qualify if:
✅ You have $250k+ GCI per year
✅ You have had more than 20 listings
✅ You have been to more than 50 listing presentations or opinion of value presentations
This is open to $100k+ GCI agents. If there is space, you can join as an observer to provide feedback.
This format was introduced to me by a grizzled veteran realtor and coach!
We will break into work-groups with the following roles
AGENT This is the realtor who will be doing the listing presentation
SELLER Someone will role-play the Seller
OBSERVER One or two people will take notes and recommendations
Then a feedback session on what worked and what didn’t.
Then rotate the roles.
Also, just for some fun, I’ll provide role-playing instructions in terms of common objections, situations or personality-types. I hope this works too! 😊
