April 2020 – Toronto Real Estate Report

With an average price of $821,392 across all types of houses in the GTA, there was an increase of +0.1% compared to last year.

Here’s a snap-shot of the average detached house price in April 2020:

  • Lorne Park sold for $2,027,250 (+36.1% from last year)
  • Mississauga sold for $1,168,041 (+4.8% from last year)
  • Oakville sold for $1,401,160 (+5.1% from last year)
  • Toronto sold for $1,249,730 (-7.8% from last year)
  • Toronto Condos sold for $612,300 (-3.9% from last year)
