With an average price of $930,869 across all types of houses in the GTA, there was an increase of +11.8% compared to last year.

The June real estate market has really improved from last year:

  • GTA homes sold for $930,869 (+11.8% from last year)
  • Toronto sold for $1,523,770 (+14.3% from last year)
  • Mississauga sold for $1,228,643 (+10.7% from last year)
  • Oakville sold for $1,571,815 (+12.9% from last year)
  • Toronto Condos sold for $672,465 (+5.6% from last year)
